**Your new role**
Service Designer would be responsible to enhance the organization’s insights and service delivery. You will conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, document and improve current services, and manage process design improvements. This role involves evaluating solutions at both conceptual and tactical levels, advocating for participant and stakeholder experiences, and facilitating design-thinking sessions to test future experiences. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end service experiences, ensuring changes are based on participant and staff needs and are consistent across different touchpoints.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Strong hands-on experience with Creately (or Miro) / QualtricsMapping out user profiles and their data requirements needed Scenario planning Strong business sense, data understanding, and prototyping skillsYou need to hold Australian citizenship
