Join this leading University as a Product Designer within their Digital Portfolio to create and manage the overall user interaction and experience of their new event management platform build, refining and maintaining design system components in Figma.

Your brand-new role will be to ensure optimal experiences by performing tasks such as user interviews, information architecture definition, ideation, identifying pain points, wireframing, creating prototypes, personas user journeys, interaction and visual design.

**Key activities**
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Design wireframes & prototypes
- Develop high level user requirements / stories and user journeys
- Plan & lead useability testing, concept testing and validation sessions
- Develop hi-fidelity design artefacts (follow brand style guide) and source files
- Produce final design insights and recommendations reports
- Work in agile design sprint with the remote business / content / development team
- Stay up to date with modern design patterns and user expectations
- Mature and manage a product design system in theory and in Figma

**Knowledge and skills**
- Minimum 3 + years as a digital product designer with relevant experience designing enterprise solutions
- Expertise in using contemporary design tools (Figma, Miro, Optimal Workshop, Creative Cloud, etc)
- Experience in customer experience research, synthesis and insight generation, ideation, conceptual design, wireframing & prototyping
- Solid skills and expertise in design thinking processes and leading design sprints
- Skilled in creating UX artefacts (e.g., personas, user journeys, landscape analysis, wireframes, IA, prototypes)
- Ability to understand complex concepts, challenges, and technology nuances quickly
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in agile ways of working and collaborations with development teams
