This is a unique opportunity within a vibrant team to work across a range of products that seat across our initiatives. This role is newly formed and will help shape not only our products but the design community as well.

As the Product designer you will strive to ship experiences that inspire and exceed the expectations of our end-users. Your work will win the hearts and minds of our customers and stakeholders as you care about interactions both on a micro and macro level. You have an open and a can-do mindset that can pivot your thinking depending on the task at hand.

**Your new role**
- Define and create Human-centred Design artifacts based on an understanding of the business requirements and user needs through up-front, end-user research
- Facilitate of a variety of Experience Design activities such as workshops, and customer/stakeholder interviews
- Initially map out user experiences/features (wire flows) with general information, then progress to full fidelity UI and prototypes for product and development teams.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web and native mobile characteristics and predominate design patterns, awareness of emerging trends, with keen eye for detail and usability/accessibility standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience
- Proven experience delivering large projects end to end
- Tertiary qualification in relevant areas of design preferred
