We are a growing custom home builder and construction company delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney. We’re seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Project Support to assist our office and project teams with daily operations and coordination tasks.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy construction office environment. You’ll help keep projects and office operations running smoothly through effective organisation, communication, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
Assist with project scheduling, contract administration, and document control
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Prepare and maintain project records, reports, and compliance documentation
Support the tender and project coordination process
Requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in construction administration or project support is an advantage
Mandarin speaking is a strong plus
