**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience selling electronic and industrial automation products.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong business development acumen.
