**Your key role will see you**:

- Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.

**You will have**:

- **2-3 years' experience** in a **Groups Reservations** or similar customer service role within hotels, front office, or travel
- **Opera Cloud**experience preferred
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**:

- Strong understanding of hotels, resorts, and their services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
