DriveAway is Australia’s leading self-drive specialist, booking Car Hire, Motorhome Rental and European Leasing to travellers from Australia and New Zealand.

Since local and international travel restrictions lifted, we have experienced phenomenal growth. We are now looking for a Reservations Agent to join our inbound call centre in North Sydney.
- What you’ll do_:

- Take inbound calls and respond with a quality client focus
- Process customer enquiries, create quotes and bookings for Australian and international car rental
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Permanent full time, rostered day - early evening shifts Mon-Fri, plus occasional rostered weekend work
- What we’re looking for_:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in an inbound call centre is beneficial but not essential helpful
- Experience in Travel & Tourism is helpful
- Positive and energetic outlook and a bright, friendly personality is crucial

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
