Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

**_This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations._**

We are seeking a customer focused front office / reservations professional with high attention to detail and effective communications skills to join our Voyages Travel Centre Team as **Reservations Specialist**. This role will see you support the reservations process and other service issues for guests, trade partners and/or internal stakeholders, by providing high-quality customer service, accurate data entry and efficient processing of administrative tasks.

**Key duties**:

- Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer service role in hotel front office, reservations or travel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Outlook
- Knowledge of Micros Fidelio Opera Reservations or Property Management System and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of hotels and resorts, their services, and facilities
