Currently in search of a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment and work alongside a high-performing HR team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Create and post job descriptions, screening, shortlist, schedule interviews and reference checks
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve our recruitment strategies continuously
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the business

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an internal recruitment/HR role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to provide feedback as and when required to all levels of the business
