**Customer Service Officer, Moorabbin Victoria**
- Part-time (Job Share) position working 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday)
- Global organisation with possibility of moving to full-time

**About You**

You will be able to prioritize your own workload while having the ability to work with customers, members of the public and across all levels of our business effectively.

Prior experience in the following will be **highly regarded**:

- Customer service and order administration
- Corporate wholesale or distribution experience in an FMCG environment
- SAP proficiency in order entry, stock check / inventory, and sales reporting.

**You will be available to work 4-5 days per week for an initial period while training is provided.**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service & Export Supervisor, this role will be responsible for:

- Processing and managing Customer Orders received via various platforms
- Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
- Investigate and process customer returns, credits and changes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
