**The Role**
Our fantastic Customer Service team is looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to work on a part-time basis in Mentone. Hours in role will be 9:00am-3:00pm. The purpose of the role is to successfully execute our Customer Experience Strategy and create positive and memorable experiences for our Customers and Consumers alike. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Process timely and accurate national domestic sales orders for all Patties Group business units, ensuring they adhere with company policy.
- Receiving inbound calls consisting of phone orders, customer follow ups, dealing with customer complaints as well as raising invoice claims where appropriate.
- Manage and monitor customer orders in a timely manner to ensure the highest service levels are consistently achieved.
- Working collaboratively with other teams/departments to employ a continuous improvement approach to further increase service levels for our customers.
- Attending daily toolbox meetings with our fun and supportive Customer experience team and weekly toolbox meetings with the Sales teams ensures a collaborative and proactive approach to the role.
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed.

**The Person**
To be successful in the role you will have a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in every interaction, a strong work ethic as well as the initiative to continuously improve consumer experiences with Patties. You will have previous experience and skills in the following-- Experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong customer service and engagement skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Previous experience achieving team KPI's and sales targets.
- Strong technical experience with computer systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a customer focus.
