Leading national industrial cleaning equipment company seeking experienced Service Co-Ordinator for daily Administration of Service.
We are currently seeking to expand our team by recruiting an experienced Service Co-Ordinator 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday to take responsibility for the day to day co-ordination of allocated territories and field service activities and for the daily administration of service.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
The co-ordination of service repairs, maintenance contracts and scheduling service work to be undertaken by Service Technicians, including but not limited to:
- Manage incoming service requests and determining correct course of action,
- Communicating directly with the Service Technicians to co-ordinate maintenance and repair work,
- Respond to customer requests and ensure all service faults are rectified as per service level agreements and KPI priorities,
- Quotation approvals, ordering and receipting parts and sending purchase orders to suppliers,
- Control the scheduling of maintenance contracts,
- Assist with administration in preparation of reports and quotations,
- Parts Interpretation,
- Warehouse parts picking, packing and allocation,
- Ensuring Service Technician reports are complete and processed,
- Ability to juggle numerous jobs, tasks, technicians and customers.
This is a hands-on role where you will be the first point of contact for your customers and take responsibility for managing all service related enquiries and concerns.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience as a Service Co-ordinator, however, this is not essential. Knowledge in the automotive and service industry is viewed as favourable.
It is essential that you can demonstrate outstanding communication skills, highly organised, be results driven and have a hands on and can-do attitude.
