We’re looking for a Client and Business Services Coordinator to join our Melbourne team on a Full Time basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of our Reception area and Bussiness Support Services Team.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Working a professional and efficient manner the Client and Business Services Coordinator manages all of the Business support services functions and reception for the Melbourne office._
- _Manage reception area, office maintenance, facilities, suppliers and contractors_
- _Support the ergonomic requirements from a workplace health and safety perspective, both in the office and working from home_
- _Oversea the day to day function of reception, including BSS teams duties to ensure the smooth running and high standard of service_
- _Manage the switchboard as required_
- _Management of security passess and records_
