Our boutique financial advisory and accounting firm is seeking a professional and organised Client Services Coordinator to join the team. This role will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, coordinating workflow across teams, and ensuring the highest level of client service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow across both the accounting and advisory teams, ensuring deadlines are met and team members remain engaged and productive.
  • Track client scheduling, monitor lodgment requirements, and manage ATO deadlines including applying for extensions when required.
  • Coordinate billable work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Prepare and review proposals for client engagements.
  • Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Utilise XPM to manage tasks, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and lodgment of ATO submissions.
  • Provide general client service and administrative support as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting or professional services firm is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ATO lodgment processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and XPM (or similar practice management systems).
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
