We are currently looking for a passionate customer service professional looking to join a successful and supportive team and advance their career as a Client Services Coordinator.

As a Client Service Coordinator you will be joining a Client Services team that act as the first point of contact for all new client enquiries and provide exceptional levels of customer service.

This is a full-time fixed term contract position for 15-16 months.

The role:

  • Undertake new client enquiries; answering phone calls, responding to email enquiries and making outbound calls
  • Respond to all client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all new clients have a first call resolution where possible
  • After identifying that we can assist the new client, schedule appointments for the client in to speak to a Lawyer
  • Update computer systems with client information and update reporting
  • Prepare new client packs for when the client has their face-to-face appointment.

About you:

  • Previous customer service experience in a corporate office environment would be advantageous
  • Legal background and interest in personal injury law is preferred
  • Confident verbal communication skills and ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders on the phone
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new computer systems and processes
  • A positive team member with good initiative and able to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive "can-do" attitude
