Sales Support Specialist job, located in St Leonards, offering the chance to grow & build a long term career

Join a well-established Australian Non-Bank Lender who are committed to providing the best service and assistance to new and existing customers. Due to increased business demand, they are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their busy sales and relationship management team

**Your new role**

Working as a Sales Support Specialist, you will be;
- Specialising within asset and equipment finance lending - assisting with new and existing vendor client accounts and account management.
- Supporting clients through the end-to-end journey of securing their business loan and assisting with account maintenance and requirements once on-board.
- Fostering client relationships both directly and via the broker channel
- Completing all administrative reports, account changes and updates where required for the client account.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful as a Sales Support Specialist you will have;
- A strong customer focus and proven experience within Lending or Banking/Financial Services (desirable)
- A great understanding of asset and equipment finance gained through either work experience, or studies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport and learn about your client requirements
- The want to succeed, to build and develop a career within lending
