Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Blooper Biotech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to accelerate discovery and deliver breakthrough therapies for patients worldwide. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's human resource strategies and initiatives align with its core values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, and impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion that empowers employees to thrive
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the biotechnology industry. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required, and a master's degree or SHRM certification is preferred.
