We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised **National Manager, Academic Services **to join our team. This role works closely with the academic leadership of the College providing administrative and project management support to ensure we maintain the highest standards of academic excellence across our institution.
The National Manager is an integral member of a close-knit team, driven by a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for students through ensuring key academic functions and projects are effectively managed and those responsible for them are supported.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Leading and mentoring a small team of academic services professionals
- Providing support and guidance to academic leaders and faculty
- Ensuring our academic processes and practices are efficient and fit for purpose
- Maintaining effective systems and procedures to support academic governance structures and policies
- Identifying opportunities to optimise systems and processes to benefit staff and students alike
- Expertise in administrative aspects of curriculum development, academic governance, and course accreditation processes.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant higher education legislation, frameworks, and quality assurance standards in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve organizational goals.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in education, higher education administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic services management within the higher education sector, preferably with experience in a Self Accrediting Authority environment.
