_Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a _**full-time **_Rental Officer to join our _**Brisbane City **_team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a _**customer service **_or _**retail sales **_background should apply_

**About the role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking & cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
- Cross-sales

**About You**
- Adaptive verbal and written communication
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation

All applicants must holder a valid **Driver's Licence. **The successful applicant will also be required to submit a **Traffic History** prior to commencement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
