**About the role**
As Project Coordinator, you will support the Signage Project Manager in delivering the next phase of the **Brand project**, focusing on the nationwide installation of signage for our new brand. Working closely with stakeholders and the Change Manager, you will oversee planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality while addressing challenges to meet timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning**: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Communication**: Facilitating clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engaging and managing expectations of stakeholders throughout the project.
- **Quality Management**: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
- **Task Coordination**: Coordinating tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- **Problem-solving**: Addressing issues and conflicts as they arise to keep the project on track.
- **Budget and Cost Management**: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
**About you**
**We are looking for a Project Coordinator experienced in Microsoft Projects to support our Signage Project team in delivery of the next stage of our Brand roll-out.**
- Experience in a large, complex service organization (preferred).
- Strong project planning, logistics, and coordination skills.
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and influence.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic MS Project.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
