As a Service & Experience Coordinator, you’ll be a customer experience thinker who has worked with a curiosity for process improvements. Your role is to help create and execute comprehensive and effective programs, change management plans and activities, with a strong focus on driving forward employee experience.

You’ll help coordinate our vision through standardising and delivering consistent service experiences across all our donor centres, while contributing to our Employee Experience Strategy Design and implement customer engagement initiatives and program tools to uplift capability, interactions, and drive consistency across Donor Services, aligned to our National CX Strategy.

Capability in the design and delivery of KPI's, analysing results, and developing and deploying service improvement strategies

Project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualisation, execution, and measurement

Collaborative nature with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in identifying insights into the employee’s experience that drive change, balance operational and customer outcomes and track the success of improvement programs

Data solving skillset to identify and provide solutions to pain points related to customer and Employee experience

Ability to transform raw data sets into compelling and meaningful visual illustrations and reports

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust to fit your audience and message

Experience in presenting to large audiences and events (physical and virtual)

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in Brisbane with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our Brisbane Processing Centre, located in Kelvin Grove.
