**Our Client**
Gybe Consulting is recruiting for high growth employer who through merger and continual acquisitions have fast become Australia’s largest independently owned provider of independent living services. Their Australian Head Office is located here in Kelvin Grove (CBD fringe) with a core marketing team of 22 employees. With a strong appetite to enhance their digital marketing offering, they have a newly created role as a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

**The Role**
This newly created role as a Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and under the greater guidance of the Head of Marketing where it will touch on all aspects ofdigital including website, UX, search, content, automation, projects and campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the development and rollout of an annual digital marketing plan including campaign planning, implementation, test and learn activities and analysis.
- Support the improvement of accessibility, usability and design of company websites, including CMS content updates, page builds, tag management, and tracking to optimise the customer journey and track conversions.
- Work with the marketing team to implement the digital content plan.
- Use a range of techniques (including SEM, SEO, advertising, and eDM) to setup and run various digital campaigns and initiatives that drive traffic to company websites, promote lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Maintain online business search capabilities, including Google My Business profiles, as required.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate the delivery digital campaigns and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.
