AUSTSWIM are excited to announce we are hiring 2 new permanent team members for our Notting Hill head office in Melbourne. AUSTSWIM support work/life balance and we are currently recruiting team members who can commit to PERMANENT employment either 4 or 5 days a week, between 9-5 Monday-Friday. These roles do NOT require nights or weekends.

**Who are AUSTSWIM?**

AUSTSWIM is a national organisation for teaching swimming and water safety. Our head office in Notting Hill is a small, passionate team dedicated to developing and delivering aquatic water safety programs across Australia. Since 1979 we have trained over 360,000 swimming teachers.

**Who will you work with?**

AUSTSWIM have approximately 30 team members in our Notting Hill office, who all care about each other and the importance of water safety. We have approximately 8 team members in the Customer Experience team.

**About you**:
This is an exciting and important opportunity to be a "behind-the-scenes face" of Australia’s most respected organisations in swimming and water safety. To be successful in this role you must be organised, a good all-round communicator (both written and verbal), with strong admin skills. You will love being proactive, thorough and responsive to the students on our courses and our swim teachers.

We are a small office where every contribution counts, so you will have initiative to work independently, but you'll love the opportunity to collaborate. You'll have Office 365 literacy which will assist you to complete tasks.
