AUSTSWIM support work/life balance and we are currently recruiting team members who can commit to PERMANENT employment either 4 or 5 days a week, between 9-5 Monday-Friday. These roles do NOT require nights or weekends. **Who are AUSTSWIM?** AUSTSWIM is a national organisation for teaching swimming and water safety. Our head office in Notting Hill is a small, passionate team dedicated to developing and delivering aquatic water safety programs across Australia. Since 1979 we have trained over 360,000 swimming teachers. **What will you be doing?** **Who will you work with?** AUSTSWIM have approximately 30 team members in our Notting Hill office, who all care about each other and the importance of water safety. We have approximately 8 team members in the Customer Experience team. **About you**: This is an exciting and important opportunity to be a "behind-the-scenes face" of Australia’s most respected organisations in swimming and water safety. To be successful in this role you must be organised, a good all-round communicator (both written and verbal), with strong admin skills. You will love being proactive, thorough and responsive to the students on our courses and our swim teachers. We are a small office where every contribution counts, so you will have initiative to work independently, but you'll love the opportunity to collaborate.
