**KBE Legal Talent** has been briefed by one of Australia’s leading ASX-listed mining, energy and resources companies to secure a paralegal for their growing team.

Led by an exceptional General Counsel and working closely alongside some of Australia’s highest-profile lawyers, you will gain exposure to complex and interesting legal matters with exposure to some of the world’s leading mining and energy projects.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including service contracts, consultancy agreements, JV agreements, NDAs and related documents.
- Conducting research as directed, including in relation to the Corporations Act and mining related law.
- Drafting and preparing legal advice and letters with supervision from exceptional senior lawyers.
- Supporting and assisting senior lawyers, commercial managers and contracts managers with tendering and procurement.
- Liaising with internal teams to provide progress updates.
- Support the Corporate Services team with ad hoc legal tasks.

Our client is seeking an experienced paralegal who has worked with **national/international law firms, leading boutique law firms or in-house.** Law graduates are also encouraged to apply.
