**Fund Administration Assistant**

**Role Summary**

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in fund administration and compliance within a professional and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to support key operational and administrative functions related to fund management and trustee oversight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Operations**
Performing general administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and supporting day-to-day operational workflows.
- **Fund Setup Support**
- **Investor Onboarding**
Supporting the onboarding process for new investors, including verification and documentation of KYC and AML requirements.
- **Compliance and Coordination**
Providing support to ensure regulatory compliance and assisting with internal coordination and document management.
- **Learning and Development**
Gaining practical exposure to fund operations and compliance, building a strong foundation for a career in financial services.
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Eager to learn about fund compliance and operational processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communicator and team player
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication
