About the role
The Business Support Specialist - Operations position is part of the Enablement team at Cbus, which exists to provide back, and middle office investment services required to support the delivery of the investment strategy.
You will be responsible for providing high quality support for the Enablement leadership team and other Operational leaders as required, including Business Risk & Compliance leaders. The role also includes providing administrative support to their respective teams covering diary management, meeting coordination, administrative tasks, travel and expense management.
Your success will be derived from;
- Previous experience in a similar varied support role, ideally in a financial services environment.
- Proven flexibility in approach and attitude, willing to assist wherever needed to achieve the goals of the team, office and Cbus,
- Demonstrated ability to work in the strictest of confidence handling confidential information.
- A reliable and pro-active self-starter with the ability to work self-sufficiently, prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong understanding of administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management; and the ability to make well considered administration decisions plus processing accounts payable.
