About the role
Due to growth in this new additional role you will assist the Service Provider Relationship Management team in building, managing, and enhancing relationships with service providers especially within the investments space. This will include supporting the Service Provider Relationship Manager in the integration of the service provider relationship management manual, ensuring providers deliver high-quality services, are compliant with CPS 230, and help to support associated contract and commercial aspects in line with Fund outsourcing policy requirements.
The Service Provider Relationship Support will help to ensure that service providers have a clear understanding of the Fund's requirements and expectations. They will also work with internal stakeholders to ensure services align with business requirements and Fund strategy.
To be successful, you will need proven experience working in service providers relationships or other relationship management roles, at a service provider (investments, custodian or member administrator), and in operations would be advantageous. Additionally you will have
- An understanding of superannuation funds with a focus on investment knowledge and operationalisation of those investments; (Understanding of member administration operations helpful)
- Self-starter with excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organisation.
