**About the role**

This position reports directly to Technical Projects Manager at Tritium PTY Ltd and is based at Murarrie, QLD 4172. The position is permanent full time.

The Project Officer is responsible for supporting the Engineering Program or Project Managers in planning, organizing, leading, and executing work within projects as well as playing a contributing role in the development of reports. You will demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensure execution of project deliveries achieved on time, to budget and as per scope and/or specification.

**Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Project manage small scale and low complexity projects using fit-for-purpose project management techniques.
- Provide project management support and administrative assistance to Engineering Program Managers (EPM’s) as required.
- Assist the team to ensure that all project schedules are defined, communicated, tracked, and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Complete all projects weekly and monthly with input from the EPM and other team members where appropriate.
- Support the development of gate pack material.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all internal and external key stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management or support.
- Solid business writing and presentation skills in English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Efficient and effective time management skills
- A proven ability to effectively identify and solve problems
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
