**Client Support Officer in our Client Operations team**
- Process orders accurately and set up jobs for transcript production
- Exception handling (ie. Client follow-up)
- Engage with internal stakeholders on priorities and understanding production capacity and potential impacts to on time delivery
- Setting delivery expectations with clients to meet their needs and manage escalations/urgent requests
- Troubleshooting queries and work alongside the Customer Advocacy team to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Any other duties as required by the manager of the role.

**Required skills and experience**
- Experience in a high-volume work environment, with competing priorities
- High attention to detail and focus
- Customer focussed, with strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously with little supervision
- Strong clerical and administration skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration with team members, management and stakeholders

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Understanding of legal terminology and Court processes
- Experience with O365 / SharePoint

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
