The low down -

  • Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • 1 hour lunch break + 2 x 10 minute tea breaks each day.
  • Salary range $55,000-$65,000 per year + superannuation.
  • A paid day off for your birthday
  • Stafford location with off street parking.
  • The Client Support Officer role is exactly that - we support our clients to see their Debt Agreements through to completion so they can become debt free. This is done by ensuring our client's contact details are kept up to date, adjusting their payments as their circumstances change, calculating affordable arrangements to make up missed payments and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.

  • It is essential that you are kind and empathetic towards our clients.
  • Touch typing extraordinaire
  • Ability to multitask whilst maintaining focus.
  • Confidence to discuss difficult situations with clients.
