As the Experience Manager, you are responsible for implementing a world class Experience product, which may include SEO, CRO, Content Strategy. You will do this by ensuring clients always receive a high-quality product experience, efficient delivery, and an automation of process.
Your 3 accounts include some of Australia's biggest name and will provide you with lots of variety day to day
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Provide best in market, full service SEO including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day communications
- Design, develop & deliver SEO strategies, roadmaps and timelines for existing and prospective clients.
- Shaping the execution of campaign implementations and optimisations, leveraging support of SEO Assistants and Executives where applicable.
- Building and nurturing strong client, partner and internal agency relationships across specified accounts.
- Providing a unique contribution to proposals, case studies & knowledge share sessions
- Taking full ownership of your clients' SEO results and have a growth plan in action
**Your Expertise**:
- 2+ years relevant work experience in SEO or any relevant Digital Marketing field
- Experience managing at least 1 direct report
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics)
- Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client's business objectives
- Proven track record with SEO deliverables including Keyword Research, Content Gap Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Information Architecture)
- Experience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageous
Salary - $95,000-$100,000 inc super
