Newly created position within one of the most reputable and successful delivery-tech companies in Australia. They leverage their large crowd-sourced fleet of drivers to deliver products for Australian businesses from store to door, same day and faster.

Growing fast, great year ahead with plenty of cool challenges, new features and fun to be had.

They are now hiring a talented Graphic/Digital Designer to join their team and work with their Lead Designer.

This role will fit a Designer who has a keen interest in branding and product marketing, ready to liaise with different departments within the business to help them execute flawless visuals and showcase the brand across a variety of touchpoints.

Key responsibilities:

- Working closely with their design lead to contribute to the visual aesthetic of the brand
- Creation of digital marketing assets for social media, EDMs, landing pages, and more
- Creation of branded pitch decks/presentations, targeting specific business sectors and client needs
- Using brand guidelines to create templates for the entire team to use
- Participate in the design, edits, improvements of their web and mobile apps
- Design of print-ready marketing materials (flyers, coupons, etc.)
- Creation of product walk-through videos for tutorial purposes

**Key skills and experience**:
We are looking for a result-driven, creative and passionate Designer with a solid portfolio that showcases attention to detail and design skills across a variety of mediums.
Someone who wants to be part of something big and fun, who works with purpose with a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to new workflows.
- A degree or relevant qualification in graphic design
- minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a graphic designer (print & digital ideally)
- Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to share concepts and ideas to reach a desired design solution
- Proactive, flexible and able to cope well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willing to take ownership, problem-solve and communicate transparently and effectively on progress or obstacles

- Digital Marketing knowledge
