**Description**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven Junior Project Coordinator to assist with the planning and coordination of all FMCG Operations projects at our Banyo site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support in the day to day maintenance, coordination and monitoring of production efficiency projects with our production teams.

**Day to Day Responsibilities of this Role**:
Providing high level administrative support to the MQF Operations Manager and team
Ensure manager and supervisors are prepared for all relevant meetings and deadlines
Manage electronic diary and daily project activities
Information gathering, preparation of resources and following up of process changes, updates and amendments in a timely manner
Complete document management procedures and processes, capturing and registering project documents in approved management systems
Working closely with Operations Manager through project concept, analysis, design and execution to deliver project goals and objectives
Coordinate project timelines from concept to delivery
Communicate professionally with a wide range of internal stakeholders

**What are we looking for in the successful applicant**:
Proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook will be advantageous
You will have high attention to detail and quality of work
Someone who has gained some experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment (highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent organisational, time management, prioritisation and planning skills
Experience working as part of a team in an office / corporate environment will be highly regarded but not essential
