Reporting to the Operational Excellence Data Analyst, your day-to-day duties will involve:
Analysing data
Ability to interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports
Ability to analyse and advise on new process improvements opportunities in data capture, analysis and reporting
General administration and office support
Providing support to the purchasing officer and assisting when required
Assisting with implementing and communicating new processes
Keeping a positive workplace culture
Helping to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the business

**Key Skills and Experience**:
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with all key stakeholders
Ability to learn about Lite n’ Easy operations, products, services, systems and processes
Resourceful - ability to source information utilising available technology and resources
Motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for learning, development and continuous improvement
Proficient on MS Office and desktop computer programs
Flexible to work on a variety of tasks across all our shifts to meet business requirements
