**What you will be doing:

- Actively manage opportunities and contracts with internal government providers, including CITEC and QSS, in accordance with policy and procedures, including formation, reconciliation, renewals and terminations.
- Undertake procurement and contract management activities in accordance with internal and Queensland Government policies and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality ICT services are provided to the department.
- Ensure vendor services provided meet service level agreement requirements.
- Provide advice and recommendations to managers on opportunities that could leverage the buying power across the department for common services, including telecommunications, utilising data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
