**Your main tasks and responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to the planning, creation, assessment, and delivery of key marketing activities
- Creating communication plans to support campaign and engage target markets.
- Clearing reporting on marketing activities to measuring campaign success and ROI
- Conducting research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape
- Collaborating with Management, Business Development, and Operations teams to plan, coordinate and implement traditional and digital marketing initiatives
- Developing social media strategies to generate brand awareness and lead generation
- Successfully managing multiple tasks to strict deadlines
- planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
- coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
- analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
- supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
- advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels

**Selection Criteria.**

To be successful for this position, you should have:

- A qualification in marketing, communications, business administration or any other relevant qualification
- At least 3 years' experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager or in a similar position
- Proven track record in business-to-business marketing or business to consumer marketing
- Experience in dealing with relevant marketing or PR agencies

Salary - $65000 - $85000

**Salary**: $56,653.62 - $100,438.07 per year
