About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team at INSKIN COSMEDICS in Sydney Olympic Park. This full-time role will be responsible for executing and managing marketing activities that support brand growth, campaign performance, and customer engagement across both B2B and B2C markets. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility. The role also leads the coordination of key industry events, expos, and awards, ensuring high-quality representation of the brand in external forums.

What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and implement campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing content and collateral in line with brand and communication guidelines.

  • Manage campaign rollouts, including timeline planning, channel execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement and optimisation.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of external marketing events including industry expos, conferences, awards events and submissions, and sponsorships.

  • Maintain relationships with key external partners including creative agencies, media contacts, and event organisers.

  • Support internal teams with the development of customer communications, product materials, and presentations.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing outputs.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development and positioning.

About you

  • Extensive experience in a marketing or brand communications role, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.

  • Strong campaign management capabilities with demonstrated success across digital and traditional media.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience alignment.

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver events, awards submissions, and promotional activations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across departments and with external suppliers.

  • High level of proficiency in marketing systems and tools, including CRM, CMS, social scheduling, and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
