As a Marketing Specialist at Ezzi Vision, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support new product lines, and contribute to business growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day**:

- **Team Strategy Meeting** - Attend a team stand-up or planning session to align marketing activities with business goals and product development updates.
- **Client & Stakeholder Collaboration** - Liaise with clients or internal departments to understand campaign objectives, propose ideas, and report on campaign performance.
- **Competitor & Consumer Research** - Conduct research into market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities or refine existing strategies.
- **Media Planning & Coordination** - Organize and book advertising placements, ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Product Strategy Input** - Provide input on pricing and promotional strategies for new product launches based on market research and sales data.
- **Reporting or Planning** - Prepare short progress reports or planning documents for upcoming initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Advise on pricing and distribution strategies.
- Monitor performance and return on marketing investments.
- Support business development through targeted promotional activity.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

**Position Details**:

- **Annual Salary**: AUD $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and skillset)
