**The Company**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with an exciting eco
- tech scale up based in North Sydney. They are a purpose led company with the mission to provide Australia with services and technology to make recycling more accessible.

Boasting an impressive 50% growth over the past 12 month, the company is now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their collaborative People and Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in having a meaning behind their career and have a passion for talent acquisition.

**The Role**

Reporting into a friendly and supportive the Senior People and Culture Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be involved in

**The Duties**
- Hit the ground running and lead the recruitment function
- Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding processes and policies
- Involvement in strategy and projects - for example EVP and succession planning
- Experience recruiting roles within technology
- Hands on attitude and desire to share ideas with team members
- Confident and driven personality - can jump in and hit the ground running

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter to step into a role and get involved in exciting projects for example building employee branding.
