**About the role**:
As the Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist, you’ll be a vital member of our recruitment team at Ventia, responsible for managing and optimizing our recruitment systems. You’ll oversee system changes, troubleshoot issues, manage projects, provide team training and support, conduct system testing, and develop templates and back-end solutions for our SuccessFactors recruitment system.
- In this role, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to other exciting projects, including overseeing system and supplier integrations, managing external vendors, and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- We are hiring two distinct roles:
- A full-time, permanent position where you’ll manage all our Talent Acquisition platforms.
- A 12-month project role focused on the implementation of the Phenom AI tool, project managing its rollout, and managing the integration with SuccessFactors.
- Located in our North Sydney head office, right across from the train station, we offer a flexible working environment with the option to work from home for part of the week.
**About You**:
- Ideally, you have experience with the SuccessFactors Recruiting module, though experience with other Talent Acquisition systems is also highly valued.
- You bring experience in system configuration, optimization, basic testing, and troubleshooting (ideally with SuccessFactors, but not a requirement).
- You’ve had exposure to system integration projects and are comfortable managing project timelines.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A natural problem solver, you’re always thinking about ways to improve processes and make them more efficient.
- For the project role, prior experience with a Talent Acquisition system implementation or major integration with SuccessFactors, along with a proven ability to manage change, will be highly advantageous.
