**Overview**
Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders while maintaining quality standards to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Set up and maintenance of investor accounts
- Performing Know Your Customer Checks in line with Anti-Money Laundering procedures (KYC/AML)
- Generation and distribution of investor statements
- Lodgment of quarterly and annual reports for the ATO
- Set up receipts and payments, review of payments and receipts
- Scanning, filing and archiving of registry records
- Adherence and implementation of the Standard Operating procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback on process improvements, suggestions to increase efficiency, reduce risk, automate processes
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- At least 2 years registry experience in a custody, fund administrator or fund manager environment within a high volume, client focused working environment
- Excellent client service skills, time management, organisational, problem-solving and administrative skills, including the ability to meet multiple, conflicting deadlines
- A strong desire to build a successful career in funds administration
- Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to adapt to changes in the working environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, including the capacity to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of an effective team, supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Articulates thoughts & information using a concise, rational & professional approach in both written & verbal form
- High attention to detail
- Ability to see opportunities to automate / improve processes and request changes via our business analysts
- Experience with systems / services such as Paxus, Calastone, mFunds
