
Client Onboarding Manager

**Overview**
The purpose of the Client Onboarding Manager role is to project manage the onboarding of new clients; the launch, restructure or closure of client funds / products; coordinating asset transitions and registry migrations and offboarding of clients. The role will also support the design, development and launch of Fund Solutions products and services.
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Coordination and project management of new client onboarding across operations, fund accounting and registry.
- Manage the implementation and launch of new products and funds for existing clients.
- Participate in the design and development of new products and services for Fund Solutions.
Operational Management
- Coordinate and project manage transitions and restructures end to end from development of the transition / project plan through to implementation / “go live”.
- Update and maintain project plans and activities trackers with key activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings and working groups with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Use continuous process improvement methodologies to develop transition plans and onboarding processes.
People Leadership
- Ensure all key stakeholders are engaged and provided with regular updates / progress reports on client onboarding and transition activities.
- Coordinate internal business units to ensure deliverables and objectives are completed to project / transition timelines.
- Liaise with and coordinate external stakeholders (i.e. clients, custodians, investment managers and service providers).
Governance & Risk
- Ensure appropriate levels of governance and risk management are applied to all client on-boarding and product / service implementation activities.
- Escalate any risks or difficulties which threaten the successful completion of the client onboarding, transition or project.
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Approximately 5+ years transition management / client on-boarding experience.
- Project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised and ability to manage multiple tasks and activities.
- Knowledge of custody, fund accounting, operations and registry services.
