At LINK group - Corporate Markets, we're seeking an outgoing individual who loves interacting with customers and is committed to delivering outstanding experiences. As a Customer Support Officer (CSO), you'll be the first point of contact for a range of investor enquiries.
Your main responsibility will be exceeding customer expectations by providing accurate and appropriate responses. We value individuals who embrace a can-do attitude and actively contribute to the team's success.
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Adapt your communication style to suit different customer profiles and embody our tone of voice.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer and employee experience.
- Navigate multiple systems with ease and assist customers in doing the same.
- Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries.
- Demonstrate expertise in funds, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
**Experience & Personal Attributes**:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on investor experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a pleasant phone manner.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for delivering innovative solutions.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office suite, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work across digital media platforms and provide front-line technical support.
