YDS is seeking a strategic, proactive and process focused Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the quality, governance and compliance frameworks for our organisation. Based in Hawthorne this strategic full time role is central to maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding our participants with a focus on quality and governance, advocacy and complaints, incident and risk management.
- **Developing and Implementing Compliance Strategies**:

- Establishing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to sector regulations and internal standards.
- **Overseeing Audits and Quality Assurance** - Conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Risk and Incident Management** - Monitoring risks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future issues.
- **Regulatory Compliance** - Ensuring the organization complies with relevant laws, certifications, and industry best practices.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and address compliance concerns.
- **Reporting and Documentation** - Preparing reports for senior management, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to demonstrate compliance efforts.
- **Continuous Improvement Initiatives** - Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve service quality.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
