We’re looking for a **Practice M**anager to become a key part of our **family-owned, mixed-billing general practice**. We are a part of the local community, and we take pride in delivering quality, accessible care with a personal touch.

With a team of dedicated GPs (two GPs), registered nurse, allied health and reception staff, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Our clinic is equipped with modern facilities and a loyal patient base built on trust and continuity of care.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **capable, caring, and proactive Practice Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This is a hands-on role that involves people leadership, compliance management, and business coordination. You’ll play a central role in supporting the team, enhancing the patient experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.

**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and lead front-desk staff
- Manage rostering, recruitment
- Coordinate Medicare billing, work cover and incentive claims
- Ensure RACGP accreditation standards are met and maintained
- Liaise with suppliers and oversee stock control and facilities
- Maintain financial records, assist with budgets and reporting
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture across the practice
- **About You**:

- Experience in medical practice management (GP clinic preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of Medicare billing, MyMedicare, and bulk-billing procedures
- Proficiency in Pracsoft and Medicare online claiming platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about healthcare and community service
