Shape the Future of the Powerhouse

We are in the midst of one of Australia’s most ambitious cultural renewal projects: a $1.2 billion transformation, including the opening of Powerhouse Parramatta, the revitalisation of Powerhouse Ultimo, and expanded research and public facilities at Castle Hill.

To support this exciting future, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager — a strategic and innovative recruitment leader who can help us attract, engage, and secure the diverse talent we need to deliver on our bold vision.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

- Lead and oversee all recruitment processes across the organisation, ensuring best-practice, inclusive, and timely hiring outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to align talent strategies with organisational goals and long-term workforce needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, leveraging innovation, digital outreach, and community engagement to position the Powerhouse as an employer of choice.
- Champion culturally sensitive, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, especially across Western Sydney.
- Use data, insights, and market trends to inform recruitment strategy, improve outcomes, and ensure the Powerhouse stays ahead in a competitive talent market.
