Family-owned business Young Academics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Early Learning Provider, with over 35+ centres across New South Wales. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Our team is driven by excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our families, children, and community.

**This position is a maternity leave cover for 12 months, commencing in January 2025.**

**About the role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Young Academics, your role involves supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within the organisation, completing end to end recruitment. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

This position is full time, onsite at our Head Office located in Homebush, West.

- Collaboration with other Head Office Departments

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration - preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in the Early Childhood Sector desired but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with Jobadder, Seek, Employment Hero, LinkedIn, highly desired.
- Experience in high volume recruitment across both managerial and non-managerial positions.
