This high performing apparel store in Bondi is seeking a new Assistant Manager If you’re a warm and approachable retail leader who loves to make your work day fun, we want to hear from you We are an established brand and have over 80+ stores nationally. - Up to $57-60k base salary depending on experience + Super on top

**About you**:

- You can bring the energy and are keen to learn and support your team
- You will need to be highly organised and motivated as you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to drive sales in a high volume environment
- Proven track record of achieving store sales targets and KPI’s
- Love of one on one customer service bundling relationships in the local northern beaches community
- Must be a great communicator
- Experience coaching, training and leading a team
- Preferably a retail background but other fields including hospitality will be considered
