**About this Job Opportunity**
Our **HR Coordinator** is directly responsible for providing end to end high level talent acquisition services to ensure Your Choice Homecare staff recruitment needs are met within agreed quality, time and cost requirements.
This role will play a vital role in engaging and attracting talent to support the organisations strategic objectives, build its Your Choice HomeCare brand and secure a strong future growth plan.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Design and facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to meet appropriate staffing levels across a designated business portfolio.
- Identify appropriate recruitment strategies and strategic sourcing channels to attract the desired target market.
- Support hiring managers with job design, position description review, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management.
- Develop appropriate interview tools and selection criteria and work with hiring managers to adopt these practices.
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR team members.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all stakeholders are regularly updated on recruitment progress.
- Develop employment brand and attraction strategies through social platforms, collaboration with employment providers, job boards and targeted communications.
- Develop strategies to reduce time to fill and increase quality of hire. Undertake continuous improvements on recruitment workflows, tool-kits and training, and documentation.
- As required and directed undertake and lead Your Choice HomeCare projects and programs.
- Team player approach in supporting office based functions such as answering incoming calls.
**About You**
- Qualifications _
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar would be highly regarded.
- _Skills, Knowledge and Attributes_
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition with strong recruitment framework design and implementation experience.
- Proven track record of delivery of continuous improvement programs within talent acquisition teams.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with and influence senior leaders and provide recruitment and talent advice.
- Well-developed organisational, collaboration, problem solving and prioritising skills.
- A high level of customer service, communication, interpersonal and administration skills is required.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- A proactive self-starter who is bright, passionate and hands on with their approach.
- A team player, with a can do attitude.
- Essential conditions_
- Federal Police Clearance must be attained, and declaration made of any future charges or convictions that could potentially affect your role within Your Choice Homecare.
- May be required to travel within Sydney, Wollongong & Central Coast regions.
- COVID-19 vaccinated (including Booster shot) & yearly Flu shot.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
