StarRez seeks a Regional Talent Acquisition Recruiter to be part of our team.
**SUMMARY**
Ultimately, this important role will maintain and improve our brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain people who contribute to our company's growth.
In addition, the Regional Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be a talent acquisition strategic partner to operations teams and internal customers and must possess excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sources and develops pool of qualified applicants using leading edge techniques including the internet, professional associations, direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, print and electronic media, and others.
- Works with Chief People Office and the Executive management team with setting short and long term recruiting strategies to exceed business objectives & key results.
- Hosts and attends recruitment and hiring events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 1 years related experience.
- Preferred knowledge of higher education sector.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis and attention to details.
- Professional demeanor and appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
**TRAVEL DEMANDS**
Occasional travel may be required.
